It is incorporated in Panama, which has no mandatory data retention regime. Its NordLynx protocol is built on WireGuard, and the plan covers 10 simultaneous connections. The main caveat is commercial rather than technical: the advertised price depends on a multi-year term and rises substantially at renewal.
